The Force Brewery range covers 5 core beers with the occasional seasonal special. Each brew is available in Imperial Pint bottles and over the bar at the Force Brewery Tap. The session beers are also available fresh, in bag-in-box containers or whole casks (these must be ordered at least 48hrs ahead). The fresh beer is "bright", which means that it has come out of a cask and does not need to settle as there is no sediment in it. This does mean that the clock starts when the beer leaves the brewery. To track down the beer elsewhere, see OUTLETS.

YANKEE ZULU 4% is Force Brewery's flagship nectar. It's a session ale; an invigorating golden bitter. Subtle bitterness and honeyed, floral aromas. CAMRA Gloucestershire Best Bitter of the Year 2014.

CHASING LEATHER 4% is an aromatic pale ale; it is packed with the grapefruity smack of the Chinook hop.

SPEARHEAD 5.3% is a potent amber ale, profoundly bittered by the Admiral hop. Proceeds help Gloucestershire Homes for Veterans.
Malt: Maris Otter Pale, Munich Dark, Vienna, Caramalt & Malted Wheat (All UK). Hops: Dana (Slovenia), Centennial (USA), Phoenix & Admiral (UK). WITHERSHINS 5% is a crisp and delicate Pilsner, properly lagered over many moons. Traditional Bohemian ingredients
Malt: Bohemian Pilsner (Germany) & Malted Wheat (UK). Hops: Tettnang & Herkules (Germany). Name: To take the path less trod. Inspired by Buchan (The Blanket of the Dark, in case you want to get into it (highly recommended)). Drinking: KeyKeg conditioned, bottle-conditioned. Serve cold. |
